This section of the guide includes steps to identify your preferred option and guidance for implementation. 

We’ll also outline supporting infrastructure for wash-up, distribution and storage, as well as how to set up a water refill station.

Some event hire businesses now have reusable foodware available to rent. A supply of foodware is distributed to vendors by the event management team. These are used by event attendees and are returned to a central location. Volunteers/staff then wash the foodware, and re-distribute them between the vendors for reuse, as needed.
