Next, we will contact you (from our email address consult@boomerangalliance.org.au) (consult@boomerangalliance.org.au))to confirm the date and time you selected for your session.

We will also let know know what to bring to show us (your current packaging) on the day, and what you can expect during the session.

What can I expect in my session?

During our session, we will have a look at what packaging items you're using, and help you choose the best alternatives and solutions that suit your needs.

If you have a particular focus or interest you identified when you signed up, we will spend some time on helping you find those solutions.

You are able to ask us any questions - we are experts on what reusable and compostable products are available on the market, their benefits and costs. We can also help you with questions around waste.

What if something happens and I can't attend the session?

Accepted Answer

You can let us know using the email we contacted you on. We ask for a few hours notice at least, if possible. We can then reschedule your session.

Please note: if you fail to show up for a session, we will try and reschedule this with you, but we do reserve the right to consider the session forfeited.
