REUSABLE CAFE PROJECT - SYDNEY
While many people choose to use reusable cups, uptake in our communities remains relatively low.
Implementing reuse systems based on behaviour change principles can make this more common practice.
The Reusable Cafe Project is designed to do this.
Brought to you by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA), the project is helping 100 Sydney hospitality businesses successfully implement reusable systems that increase reusable uptake with their customers.
We’ll measure the impact so our members can show the community how much packaging they’ve saved.
We're going to then compile everything we've learned into a series of case studies, guides and resources, so other businesses can learn from the experience and leadership of these committed businesses.
