How does it work?

Foodware can be purchased outright from second-hand stores or from other events. Reusable foodware items can either be provided to event attendees free of charge, or for a small deposit that is refunded when the item is returned.

What are the costs to the event?

There is an initial cost to purchasing the reusable system and any associated infrastructure (i.e. return points etc.)
Ongoing
Ongoing costs includes replacing broken/missing cups and paying wash-up staff.


Additional infrastructure required

- Wash-up station (hand-washing or dishwasher)

- Collection point/s (bin, container or trolley)
