Community: Adelaide, SA, and surrounds.

Project Initiated: July 2019.

On-ground commencement: September 2019.

Project Model: Precinct model, operating in selected business precincts in Adelaide and surrounds, not open to events. Precincts included are: Adelaide Central Market, The Parade, Norwood, Norwood, Surf Life Saving SA, Jetty Rd, Brighton, Adelaide Airport, Adelaide Zoo, Sturt Football Football Club, Yankalilla LGA, Museum of South Australia, Flinders Medical Centre and Uraidla Township.

Our current impact (as at Feb 29, 2020) is... ​

* Plastic Free Champions are members that have eliminated all of our key plastic items (straws, coffee cups & lids, takeaway containers & lids, food ware (cutlery, plates, cups etc), water bottles & bags).

key successes

​Working with Adelaide Central Market, Norwood Parade, Jetty Road Brighton and Surf Life Saving SA to transition their businesses to plastic-free.
